The Farmhouse is
a restored 1890's home that has been updated and
newly furnished. It sits in a picturesque setting
surrounded by large old trees, the old red barn and
acres of yard and rolling hills. The farmhouse can
sleep 6 in three bedrooms.
There is a pull out couch in the living
room, a brand new Lazy Boy with a foam topper. So it
is quite comfortable. The bedroom off of the living
room has a new queen bed.
The upstairs is
comprised of three rooms. Two small bedrooms off of
a common space. The common space could be a great
spot for sleeping bags. The stairs are the old
fashioned steep and small stairs style. One must
hold on to the railings for safety.
The kitchen is
fully stocked with dishes and pans and silverware.
There is a dining room with a table that seats 6
that looks out over the farm. There is also a round
oak table in the kitchen.
The bathroom has
a combination tub/shower, a pedestal sink and
toilet. The farm house was redone with new
electrical wiring, new bathroom fixtures, new
carpeting, new curtains and all new furniture just
in 2003. We have forced air heating and
air-conditioning throughout the house.
The rate on the
Farmhouse is $200 per night plus 5.5% state sales
tax and a fully refundable $150 security deposit.
